How It Works
How does mail forwarding work? It's a simple 3 step process.
Step 1 - Register with Us
Simply complete our Registration Form. Once we receive your registration details and payment, we will provide you with your own unique customer number known as your PHA No.
Step 2 - Redirect your Mail
Have your mail redirected to our PO Box address. This can be done by:-
- going to your local Australia Post outlet and completing a mail redirection form
- having our PO Box as your postal address on all correspondence
- advising family and friends
Your registration becomes active once your first piece of mail is received in our office.
Step 3 - Relax!
We will take care of your mail for you. Mail is collected daily Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The number of items received is recorded, scanned where applicable, and then stored securely. All you need to do is notify us of your forwarding instructions. Simply call, email or SMS us with a current address and we will place all your accumulated mail and messages in one envelope and post it off to you. Your mail will be posted on the same day if we receive your instructions before 12:00pm or if after 12:00pm will be posted the next working day.
