Registration $22,- per month per surname or defacto couple (minimum of 3 months), paid in advance for period registered. Postage credit $50 to cover postage, phone calls, emails and faxes to you, to be paid in advance. Once the postage credit balance reaches $15, PHA will send you a statement together with a request for a further $50 to top up your credit balance. And so the process continues as you travel. Please make this payment over without delay by either cheque, money order or credit card by phone or your PHA service may be delayed. DO NOT POST CASH! A credit card debit authorisation form is available for download should you wish PHA to draw the $50 on your behalf. Calculation Cost of each envelope of mail sent to you by POST HASTE AUSTRALIA is calculated in the following manner: 1. Cost of postage in C5 envelope+ 40% handling fee. 2. Minimum charge of $3 will apply to each envelope of mail sent to you by PHA weighing less than 500grams. 3. Faxes and emails (sent on behalf of client within Australia) $2.50 for 1st A4 page and $1 for each additional page or part thereof. 4. Telephone calls (made on behalf of client within Australia) $3 plus cost of call. 5. Any other items requiring different packaging or envelope other than described above is: cost of envelope or package + postage + 40%handling fee. Discounts - Registration for 12 months or more: Pay just 10 months for first year - Registration for 6 months: Pay just 5 months - *In addition, each client referring PHA to a fellow traveller, resulting in a new registration, will receive 1 month free registration. *Please note* All fees and charges are fixed for the period of registration however may change at registration extension. Any balance of your postage credit account is refundable when your registration period ends. No refund however is applicable to any registration fees should you cease your trip earlier.
