Register using the available forms:

Just print them off and then send or fax to Post Haste Australia.

One registration per surname.

eg. husband and wife or defacto pair- one registration.

2 or more friends travelling together- 2 or more registrations.
Once registered you will receive a PHA Number, which should be used in ALL correspondence. Registration commences on receipt of the first article of mail for forwarding to you.

Instructions correspondents
Advise ALL your correspondents to post your mail, faxes and parcels to:

Or email to: posthasteaustralia@myoffice.net.au Please quote your PHA No where possible. (also insure sender's address on back of envelope)

Mail sent to you for collection will be marked "POSTE RESTANTE" i.e. FOR COLLECTION. We would hope that all unnecessary mail to you e.g. junk mail, unwanted subscriptions etc. would have been cancelled prior to your leaving on your big trip. This will save you unwanted forwarding costs. After the trip of a lifetime has ended please advise PHA. Any money owing and/or remaining post will be sent to your nominated address. It is not possible to forward your mail once your registration has ended. Any mail received by PHA after registration has ended will be returned to sender.

All mail received at Post Haste Australia on your behalf will be forwarded to you unopened and without exception.

PHA will be closed for all Queensland public holidays as well as a three-week period during the year. All PHA clients will be notified of these dates well in advance.

Common Sense.
Please be aware, it is illegal to send dangerous and prohibited goods through the post. Such material will most likely be intercepted by Australia Post. PHA will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. PHA will not be responsible for the content of any mail. Australia Post resources can only follow up items sent by express, registered or certified mail, NOT ordinary mail.
