You advise your correspondents to send your mail to us at PHA. PHA will book your mail into your 'pigeon hole'. You ring us and supply us with a forwarding address. PHA will send your mail the same day or next working day. We use an appropriately sized envelope by Ordinary mail, Express Post or Registered Mail as requested. Unless otherwise instructed PHA will use ordinary mail at the cheapest possible rate. Each envelope PHA sends you will be consecutively numbered to assist you in keeping track of received mail.
